Return Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been lost, destroyed or disposed of by you; or the item has been damaged after being delivered to you for reasons not related to its state or condition at the time of supply to you; or the period of time since supply and circumstances are such that we are permitted by the Australian Consumer Law to decline to provide a refund or replacement.

Item doesn't match the description

We work hard to present the products on our websites as accurately as possible. As much as we try to avoid it, on some occasions the information on our websites may contain inaccuracies. If the item is so different from the description that you would not have bought it, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. It can take up to 7 working days for your return to arrive at our warehouse and we'll send you an email to let you know once it has been received and your refund has been processed. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.

Late or Missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items - you'll automatically be issued a refund for any returned items if accepted. If you want a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you’ll ne ed to place a new order.

Sale  items

Yes, you can return sale items unless the product is marked as "Final sale" (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns on the product page.
